Description

This course is on the study of economic globalization. It examines the historic and current economic causes and consequences of globalization. Topics covered include history of globalization, the role of international trade, migration of labor, global financial flows, financial crisis and deregulation. We will also discuss globalization from aspects of economic growth, poverty, income inequality, environment and global governance.
