Description

This course studies the legal issues in business and their effects in profit and non-profit organizations. The course aims to equip students with the knowledge of these topics: legal process, legal rights and liabilities of employment, administrative regulation, ownership structures; consumer protection; securities; business transactions and legal issues; environmental law; antitrust law; international law.
